Mrs. Irma Verlene Feijo, age 79, of Dover, Tennessee passed away on November 2, 2019. Born August 10, 1940 in Belleville, IL, daughter of Morris and Ovie Lee Harris Bryant. She was preceded in death by her parents. Mrs. Feijo was an award winning cake decorator, ran the Bakery in Mascoutah, IL for several years, and was an accomplished painter, winning many awards for her paintings. She also ran a day care for many years and loved children dearly and, she was a Girl Scout leader. Mrs. Feijo was a member of Bear Springs Baptist Church and a member of Beta Sigma Phi fraternity.
She is survived by her husband, Raymond Feijo, of Dover, daughters, Katrina (Carl Everett) Feijo and Kimberly (Steve) Howell of Dover. A son, Jason (Aimee) Feijo, Belleville, IL, brother, Vernon (Susan) Bryant, Virginia Beach, VA., Grandchildren, Joshua and Manuel Maxwell, Raymond and Zane Garrison, Izabella Feijo-Everett and Mila Feijo and 5 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 7, 2019 at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro. William Gray of Bear Springs Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at the Feijo Cemetery in Dover, TN. Visitation will be after 12:00 p.m. Thursday until service time. Pallbearers will be family members.
